Add Comprehensive Benefit Consultants as an authorized user on the Gusto platform. This gives us access to pull census data to send to recordkeepers each pay period, see new hires and eligible employees, and update contributions within the payroll system on your behalf. It also allows us to pull the information we need for year-end testing and 5500 work all on our own!

Sign Recordkeeper Authorization Form

Each recordkeeper has a different method for giving us the necessary access to the plan sponsor portal, most include signing a form. Once this is completed, the payroll team at CBC can see contribution changes in the recordkeeping portal, confirm that the contributions line up with the deferrals entered in the payroll, and "click-the-button" to authorize the ACH transfer of funds for each employee's per-pay-period contributions
